Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to The Pure Curls House™️. This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made at www.thepurecurlshouse.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please take a moment to read through this policy before completing your purchase.

We are based in the United Kingdom.

Processing & Dispatch

As many of our products are lovingly handmade, please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

UK Delivery

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48-hour Tracked or Evri Standard, which typically arrives within 2–3 days of dispatch. If you need your order sooner, an express 1–2 day delivery option is available at checkout.

International Shipping

Your order will be sent via International Tracked shipping, and you'll receive your tracking number as soon as your order is ready to go.

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–28 business days, depending on your chosen delivery method

Please note that our International Economy service is untracked. If you'd like to follow your order's journey, please select a tracked international option at checkout.

Please be aware that all international customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees incurred during transit, including customers within the EU following Brexit.

Delays

We always do our best to get your order to you within the estimated timeframe. However, occasionally delays can occur due to production or shipping circumstances outside of our control. If this happens, we'll reach out to you via email or phone to keep you updated. During busy periods, please allow a little extra time for delivery.

Risk of Loss & Damaged Items

Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail or Evri, responsibility for the parcel passes to the courier. While we are not able to take responsibility for loss or damage caused by the courier, we will always do our best to support you in resolving any issues, so please don't hesitate to get in touch.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@thepurecurlshouse.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. Please hold onto the item until you've heard back from us, as we'll need to assess the damage before we can move forward.

Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for orders lost due to an incorrect address being provided at checkout.

Amending or Cancelling Your Order

We completely understand that mistakes happen! If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact our team as soon as possible, ideally within one hour of placing your order, and we'll do our best to help before it's dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we're unfortunately unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please also note that due to hygiene and infection control reasons, we do not accept returns on hair products or hair accessories.

 

Address Changes

Please double-check your delivery address before submitting your order. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to update the address. If you need to make a change beforehand, please email us as soon as possible.

Refused or Undelivered Orders

If you refuse delivery of your order or it is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, non-collection, or an incorrect address, we're unable to refund any shipping costs incurred.
