Returning an Item

We hope you'll love everything you receive from us, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. To return an item, simply send it back with a note inside including your order number and full name so we can process it as quickly as possible.

Please note the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used hair products
  • Accessories
  • Items being returned based on fragrance or scent preference

Unwanted Items & Exchanges

You may return unused and unopened item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable
  • We're unable to refund or exchange items that are not in a resalable condition unless they are faulty
  • If you've received an item in error, please do not open the packaging, contact us straight away and we'll sort it out for you

We're confident in our products, which is why we offer a generous 75-day money back guarantee on eligible hair products. We understand that hair products need time to show results, so if something hasn't worked for you after genuine use, we want to make it right.

Simply contact us at hello@thepurecurlshouse.com within 75 days of receiving your order with:

  • A brief explanation of why the product hasn't worked for you
  • Evidence that the product has been used as directed
  • Evidence of the result

Please note this 75-day money back guarantee applies to hair products only and excludes:

  • Hair accessories
  • Returns based on fragrance or scent preference

Damaged on Arrival

We take great care packing every order, but if something arrives damaged please email us at hello@thepurecurlshouse.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. Please hold onto the item until you've heard back from us.

An item qualifies as "Damaged on Arrival" if it is:

  • Broken, damaged, or not of satisfactory quality
  • Unusable or not fit for purpose
  • Not what was advertised or doesn't match the description

An item would not qualify if:

  • The damage was caused by wear and tear, an accident, or misuse
  • You were aware of the fault before purchasing
  • You have simply changed your mind

Wrong Item Received

If you've received the wrong item, we sincerely apologise! Please contact us at hello@thepurecurlshouse.com as soon as possible with your order number and full name and we'll make it right straight away.

Late or Missing Refunds

Once we've confirmed your refund has been issued, please allow up to 14 days for it to appear. If it hasn't arrived after this time, we'd recommend checking with your bank or card provider first as processing times can vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.
